Our Legal Aid partners provide free legal assistance to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Common issues include eviction defense, benefits denials, identification recovery, and criminal record expungement, all of which can be barriers to obtaining stable housing.

• Benefits appeals (SSI, SSDI, SNAP, Medicaid)
• ID recovery (birth certificates, state IDs, Social Security cards)
• Criminal record expungement and sealing
• Veterans benefits claims

Appointments are available at the Harbor Main Office. Walk-in legal clinics are held the first and third Saturday of each month.
